We are proud to announce that this year our band’s spring trip is to the beautiful state of Florida where we will spend 3 days at Disney World and 1 day at Universal Studio.  Please see the linked itinerary above for additional information.   There are a couple of items of which I would like to make sure everyone is aware.  We are traveling with the same company that took us to Hawaii and many of you who traveled with us last spring know that they are extremely flexible and will work with each of you where the payment schedule is concerned if something arises.  Please remember that all payments and financial questions will go directly to PAT, not the band office. The other item to note is that the dates of the trip are tentative.  This is probably where the dates will be located once finalized, however they are not firm until the airline tickets are purchased.  There is also the possibility that the airline tickets may change in cost prior to their purchase which could impact the cost of the trip.  Once airline tickets are purchased there should be no other adjustments to the dates or costs.  The airline tickets should be purchased by the travel company within the next 30-45 days.  As with our Hawaii trip, we will have multiple meetings prior to departure.
