2025 Winter Guard Meal Plans (JV and Varsity)
Meal plans are purchased from various fast food restaurants, and consist of an entrée, chips, fruit, cookie, and bottled water. Substitutions for vegetarian, vegan, and special dietary restrictions will be made.
- Varsity Competition Plan: $160 ($6 processing fees added when paid by credit card)
- JV Competition Plan: $60 ($3 processing fees added when paid by credit card)
*Competition Meal Plan is MANDATORY due to competition scheduling (it’s not possible for parents to know exactly when/where students will eat).

Meal plan options may be paid separately or in full.
By cash/check: fill out the form below, and place in envelope marked WINTERGUARD MEAL PLANS along with payment. Checks should be addressed to Johnson Band Boosters with your child’s name in the memo. Leave with Mrs. Mendez before the deadlines above.

Please make sure to include in the notes any dietary restrictions your student may have and we will do our best to accommodate them.

If you prefer to pay via cash, check, or set up a payment plan, please print out and complete this form (English) or this form (Spanish), indicating which meal plan(s) you are ordering and turn in to Mrs. Mendez in the Band office in an envelope marked "MEAL PLANS".
