2026 REQUIRED Competition Meal Plan

We are offering a meal plan program to all marching band students.  The only mandatory meal plan is the competition meal plan, as it’s not possible for parents to know when the students can eat. All meals are fast food and will include an entrée, chips, fruit, cookie and a water.  Please complete this form if your student has any dietary restrictions. 

  • Percussion and Guard camp meal plan is $32 ($1.50 processing fees added when paid by credit card) and is due July 1st
  • Summer Band meal plan is $261 ($9.00 processing fees added when paid by credit card) and due by July 1st
  • Game Day meal plan is $81 ($3.00 processing fees added when paid by credit card) and due by August 1st
  • Competition meal plan is $90 ($3.50 processing fees added when paid by credit card) due by September 1st (mandatory)

    • Please note that the Summer Band meal plan is intended for marching students and is optional.
    • No partial orders or day-of sales. 
    • Mealtimes may vary slightly- Students will report to the cafeteria at times designated by band directors to receive their meal.
    • Refunds: Missed or forfeited meals will not be refunded. Prorated refunds will only be given in the event of unforeseen circumstances  at the discretion of the Band Boosters. Unused meals cannot be assigned to a different student.

    PLEASE NOTE: PROCESSING FEES ARE ADDED IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CREDIT CARD.

    If you prefer to pay via cash, check, or set up a payment plan, please print out and complete this form (English) or this form (Spanish), indicating which meal plan(s) you are ordering and turn in to Mrs. Mendez in the Band office in an envelope marked "MEAL PLANS".

  • Dietary Restrictions

    Please complete this form if your student has any dietary restrictions. We do our best to accommodate all allergies, medical, and religious restrictions. Due to the number of students, we cannot accommodate "preferences."
